AT my studio in østerbro

Located between Østre Anlæg and Holmens Kirkegård, my studio is only an eight-minute walk from Østerport Station. It is a calm and inviting space where I meet clients for sessions in a quiet and dedicated setting, if they prefer this over a home visit. In the space I offer sessions for bodywork, music therapy, or conversation. It is a place to pause, breathe, to be held, and to reconnect with yourself.

The closeness to the park invites us to take a walk and continue a conversation outdoors, surrounded by trees and by the water.

From time to time, I also open the studio for small concerts, gatherings, and group music therapy sessions — moments of shared presence and gentle community. It is meant to be a space that invites you to slow down, soften and to surrender.
